Awesome little gem of a store! Toad Hall Toys has an incredible selection of old-school toys at great prices — brought back a lot of childhood memories. Picked up some flying gliders, dino eggs, and a couple of rubber snakes for a prank (they’re perfect!). The staff were friendly, and the whole place just had a great nostalgic vibe. Highly recommend stopping in if you’re in Winnipeg!

Best toystore ever! Coolest collection of toys, books, games, activities as well as old school candy (plus much more!) and just fun things in general. Been shopping here for years - the service is amazing, so friendly and helpful! 1000/10 recommend!

Toad Hall Toys is a Winnipeg Institution. Housed in a beautiful old warehouse building in Winnipeg's Exchange District, THT is like taking a step back in time. You'll find toys and games for young and old, alike. There are old and new types of toys and games. Thy have an amazing selection. The only thing missing was Leggo. I'm assuming it is just too expensive a line to carry. No worries, there are lots of "building" toys to meet every age. If you've never been, now is the time!

This is the best toy store EVER. They have the coolest, most whimsical collection, and the inside is super cozy. I absolutely love it, the staff are always super nice too! Prices are also great, there are options for everyone so I always feel welcomed no matter my budget

March 2023 A very cool store to look around, and you can buy pretty much anything here. Train sets, dolls, puzzles, books, educational toys, animal figurines, stuffed animals.....You name it, they have it. It has been in business for 46 years, and at this location for 43 years. So, you can only imagine how organized their displays are. Even Dad, the original owner, was in the back of the store to talk to and help anyone around. Lovely!

I'm sad to admit I've lived in Winnipeg for 28 years and I've never been to this store till now. What an awesome experience. So many unique toys from back in the good old days that you can't find anymore. If you want to find special toy for the children in your life this is the store.

A great place to look for unique gifts. There’s something for any child. Some things are a little pricey but there’s toys for any price point range. Definitely enjoy this local gem.
