Great place to buy Pokémon TCG! The staff are very welcoming and knowledgeable, and the atmosphere is kid-friendly. They’re always happy to help and make it a fun experience for both kids and adults. Highly recommend checking this place out. Somehow, despite my usual bad luck with pulls, I ended up pulling my two chase cards!

Vaulted Icons is hands down one of the best card shops around! It’s not just a store—it’s a welcoming, kid-friendly space that truly goes above and beyond. The staff are incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and always take the time to chat, answer questions, and make everyone feel right at home. What really stood out to me is how much they care about creating a positive experience for kids. They often give out free items like promo cards or small gifts, which absolutely makes the kids’ day and adds a special touch you don’t find everywhere. The store is clean, bright, and really well-organized. The cards are displayed neatly, making it easy to find what you’re looking for—whether you’re hunting for something specific or just browsing. They’ve got a great variety of cards, collectibles, and merchandise to explore. It’s a fun, safe place where kids can dive into the hobby, and families can enjoy the experience together. Every visit feels like a treat, and it’s clear the team genuinely loves what they do.

Genuinely glad I discovered Vaulted Icons and whenever I'm in the area, I try to take the time to step in even if it's just for a few minutes to say 'hi'. Whether if it's Rey, Cody, Jo, Corey or any other staff member, they are so kind, helpful and knowledgeable. It's also a great shop for PSA submissions as Vaulted Icons is a PSA dealer. I've been provided with in-depth advice and tips from Rey when it comes to grading. There's also an added bonus if you're a dog-lover! Amazing store! I picked up 2 Ultra Pro top loaders as part of their BF sale. I was greeted and helped instantly. 2 minute transaction - simple and easy. Great store for those looking for a wide selection of Pokemon, Magic, and Funko Pops.

Dropped in today for the first time to find some pokemon cards for my daughter. Very big selection and great prices. Staff is very knowledgeable as well. We were happy to find some cards we needed. Will be coming back again for more pokemon and hockey cards.

My first time exploring the Lower Mainland to look at some Pokemon cards (my girlfriend wanted to start a Pokemon collection). We randomly stumbled upon Vaulted Icons. What a fantastic pitstop this turned out to be! Hands down, one of the BEST card shops for Pokémon TCG from what I've seen so far. We ended up spending so much time here that we almost forgot where we originally planned to go! 😅 The standout star of our entire experience was Cody. From the moment we walked in, he was incredibly welcoming, knowledgeable, and just had an all-around great vibe. It didn’t feel like we were just customers in a store, it felt more like we were hanging out at a friend’s place. He wasn’t there to push a sale or upsell us like a typical salesman. Instead, he took his time answering every single question we had, never once making us feel rushed or like we didn’t belong. You could tell right away that his passion for the hobby is real, and that he truly cares about the people who come into the shop. That made a huge difference. Compared to Cody, the service at other card shops we visited felt average. Most of them gave off the impression that the staff were just there to do their job. No real interest in helping customers. We mentioned we were hunting for Jirachi and he went out of his way to search through his inventory and pull out whatever he could find for us, all while managing the shop on his own. They have a great selection of cards and a awesome collection of rare Funko Pops too. Perfect if you're into both hobbies! One of the coolest things is that they help you grade your cards and Funkos! I don’t think there's many stores in the lower mainland that is willing to help you grade items. It’s definitely worth getting 1 or 2 of your prized pieces graded. The case itself for the Funko is awesome, but only do it if the piece is near mint, as Cody explained that PSA grading is really tough. The store is also very well-organized. Everything is displayed neatly, and it’s super easy to browse through. Whether you're into Pokémon, Funkos, or other TCGs/collectibles, there’s something here for everyone. I also saw from other reviews that it’s kid-friendly, and I totally see it! I’m already thinking about bringing my little cousin next time. Honestly, even if you’re just a casual collector or just want to see cool things then Vaulted Icons is well worth the visit!

Great customer service, when I walked in they were super friendly. The inside of the store was very clean. They had a welcoming atmosphere. They also have cool offers as well such as gifts if you came to their booth at card conventions.
