There is an area at the entrance where children can paint. Since the company is closed, there is a 20% discount on all products. Some shelves are empty for this reason. There are a lot of baby products. It was a nice experience for us.There is paid parking in front. If you can't find a spot, use the 2-hour free street parking on 10th Street. (Sundays not included)

Store is closing soon because of redevelopment plan therefore many items on good deals ! 20% to 40% off on different items. Staff are friendly and lovely 🥰. Sad to see them leaving. Hopefully they will be move to different locations

This is a wonderland,I spend all my day in this place and it was wonderful and exciting. So many toys for many range of ages and culture and many brands. There were too many discount.I retherlly did not want to went out.akthough many thing fir below one year stuff. There were huge things that you never imagin . Even there were new comic book, manga book, T-shirt for movie lover.... everything, trust me , you can find what you want even better...

So sad the US sucks and have taken away all of our locations. Visiting here was like walking through your childhood. They still have the coloring pages. Come on! The staff here was the friendliest I have EVER dealt with. Sharing events that were upcoming chatting with us about the closures state side. Just really above and beyond. Kudos to this crew! We were there 10 min before closing and did come back the next day to spend more time even though they let us shop anyways! Really customer focused and made our whole trip! Nostalgia unmatched!

A nice large toys r us and baby r us with a big selection on toys. Definitely need a bit of time to do the full walk through. Large selection of Lego , marvel and star wars toys. There's also a good selection of paw patrol, lol and Fisher price toys. Nice high ceilings and feels very airy and roomy. Hand sanitizer on entrance. Staff initially made an error with my gift card. After discussing with the manager, they were able to rectify the situation and all was well. Overall good service and I would go back again. Parking, standard Broadway Street parking. Probably more difficult to get into during the rush hour time period.

The only Toysrus in Vancouver so we come to this location very often. We came to babiesrus when kids were younger then always came here for toys, Lego, bikes, b-day or Xmas gifts. But sometimes they always out of stock for what we were looking for. We have to go to Richmond or Metrotown locations in order to get what kids want. Especially when we were looking for some transformers or Funko Pop figures. They do have some transformers including Studio Series 86 Snarl and all 4 ninja turtles for Funko(went there 4 times in a week and they always missing one. First time ran out of Rafael then missing Mickey). They do carry a lot of TMNT series now. You can still always find a gift for your kids here. The only thing is you have to pay for the parking (can reimburse with purchase)then go downstairs. It doesn’t smell good in the elevator so we always take stairs and pay parking machine is always slow.

Great to have a kids friendly store in Vancouver still. This location is where the historical BowMac sign was, asked to be called ToyMac now. Easy access paid rooftop parking with elevator access.

Before this last visit, I haven't been to this Toys R Us in a long while. I walked over from VGH so I didn't use their upstairs parking lot. If memory serves me right, you just need a voucher from Toys R Us to get free parking. The store was packed, yet carefully organized and clean. Every item was nearly stacked and displayed. They do not have a supply issue as they seem well-stocked in most toys. I tend to check the Transformers, Masters of the Universe, and Hot Wheels area. These areas were well packed and I saw some sought after items, ie. Real-Fur Motu panthor (exclusive to Toys R Us). It's always nice to be able to visit Toys R Us. What a wonderful addition to our collectibles world!
